Counselor and Programming Staff Application - Deadline for Application - April 15th, 2009

Thank you for you interest in serving as a Counselor or Staff with CYSC this summer. If you are applying for the first time, we welcome your interest and look forward to the opportunity to consider you for service with us! If you are a returning applicant, we are excited that you want to continue the adventure of faith and leadership that is CYSC! Please follow the directions below in order to be considered for service on this year's staff.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND PACKING LIST HERE

To apply as a Counselor for high school week, you must have graduated from High School as of June 2009. To apply as a Counselor for one of our two middle school weeks, you must have completed your Junior Year of High School as of June 2009.

Recommended Support Letter Template -
Use this letter as a template to solicit your personal financial support.

Policies Verification and Harassment Verification -
Please download and sign each of these two forms which acknowledge that you have read and understand particular
CYSC Policies and Guidelines.

Download and complete the form that applies to you based upon your age.

Reference Form -
New applicants: Please download 3 copies of this form and give to the designated individuals as
directed on the form for completion by April 15.

3. Submit all completed forms to Monica Richards, Director of Counselors, as noted in the Application.
